First of all, welcome to the blog, Coffee, Tea and Thee. The blog begins as the Bible study, Crossings, begins, but you do not have to be in the Bible study to follow the blog and enjoy our studies of God's Word. You are welcome to read, comment, study on your own or participate with us as a group. I'm thrilled you are here!

About Crossings: Life Lessons from the Book of Joshua ... it is a study for everyone! Everyone is ‘crossing’ into something – from high school to college, from college to the working world, from job to retirement, from single to married, from parenting to empty nest, on and on… crossing over into new land. Seasons of crossings are the points that dot our journeys in life.

The Crossings study takes an in-depth look at the life of Joshua. The six-week study illustrates conquests and defeats in every human life by teaching God’s specific training of Joshua, the crossing over the Jordan River into the Promised Land, and how to advance to victory. Through Crossings we will gain the spiritual equipment needed for the stages in life and learn to live in victory. I'm already wondering what stage or place you are crossing into or crossing out of.

Interested? It is easy to participate. Each week you will find the lessons in the sidebar. Lesson 1 is to be completed by next Wednesday, April 7, and so on through May 12. Open the lesson and right click to print. Each lesson will be no longer than ten pages and has five days of study. I will post the blog several times during each week with tidbits to complement our study or just random things God brings to mind.
